Dr. Hall provides leadership of the statewide beef extension program.
He is responsible for the development, conduct and dissemination of
statewide educational programs and information on 1) cow/calf
management, 2) beef cow nutrition, 3) reproductive
management and artificial insemination, 4)
replacement heifer development, 5) grazing systems,and 6) beef quality assurance.
Dr. Hall, along with his graduate students, conduct applied
research on estrous synchronization, nutrition-reproduction interactions,
reproductive management, and neonatal calf survival.
