Ms. Parsons is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of an extension education program for poultry youth. She is also responsible for teaching Poultry Evaluation and Selection and coaching the collegiate poultry judging team. In addition, Ms. Parsons assists faculty with the planning of the Virginia Poultry Gut Health Workshop and the Virginia Poultry Health and Management Seminar.
I am also in charge of certain FFA Quiz bowl & 4-H youth poultry events in the state of Virginia.
