Major, Minors: Animal Science and Biochemistry with Chemistry minor.

Background: I grew up in rural Halifax County, VA. I was an active participant in 4-H, competing in horse knowledge and public speaking contests on the state, regional, and national level. In high school, I started running a small, horse-boarding farm in order to counter the expenses of my own horses.

Activities: Block and Bridle, Equestrian club, Fox hunting with Red Mountain Hounds, APSC ambassador, Virginia 4-H All-star, Pre-pharmacy Club.

Interests: Pharmacology, travel, Sport horse breeding and training, animal medicine, fun experiences with family and friends, volunteering with youth and 4-H.

Future Plans: I would love to attend pharmacy school and remain active in the equine industry.
