Major, Minors: Animal and Poultry Sciences

Background: I grew up on my family farm. We raised purebred angus cattle and commercial ewes. I was very involved in Rockbride county and judged livestock as well as raising my own cattle, sheep, and pigs to show at the county and state level.

Activities: APSC Ambassador, Block and Bridle, Cloverdale Church of the Brethren youth group, Campus Crusade for Christ.

Interests: Raising, Showing, and judging livestock, reading, riding horses, spending time with family and friends, VT football and basketball!

Future Plans: I hope to attend vet school and receive my PhD as a food animal veterinarian. I would also like to have my own beef caattle farm.
