Restricted Elective Contracts:

Students must complete a restricted elective contract and get the approval of their assigned academic advisor.  These contracts allow students to develop an individual curriculum which meets the career goals of the student.  The three different options are Production/Business , Science , or Pre-Vet . To see a listing of required courses and restricted elective courses chosen frequently by Animal and Poultry Sciences Majors, see the Facts about the Required and Restricted Electives for 2017 . Note that these are not  the only courses which can be used as restricted electives.  You can see the Area 2 and Area 6 requirements listed on the check sheets by clicking on  Curriculum for Liberal Education Guide (PDF) and Area 7 courses here: Applicable Area 7 Courses .  You can also check out the course descriptions in the Undergraduate Catalog click on College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and then Animal and Poultry Sciences.
