A few members of our IMSD family recently attended the 14th Ebony Affair on February 19th, 2011.

The Annual Ebony Affair is a semi-formal red-carpet banquet recognizing outsanding faculty members, students and community members who actively engage in Virginia Tech's motto: Lifting as We Climb.

Pictured above from left to right:

Nikki Lewis, Steve, Elaine Nsoesie, Kevin Muite, Shernita Lee, Chevon Thrope and program assistant manager, Leemar Thorpe.
